Kirsten is CPPS coach and has worked with everyone from novice to professional athletes. 

In your program with Kirsten, you can expect a thorough testing system to establish any mechanic weak points to create a program that will address injury prevention and athletic performance in one.

In your program with Kirsten, you can expect a thorough testing system to establish any mechanic weak points to create a program that will address injury prevention and athletic performance in one. 

Using the Westside Barbell Method (conjugate training), you can expect to perform better than you ever thought possible. 

Kirsten is also on the Strength and Conditioning Staff for Mackenzie United Soccer Club. 

In her free time, you can find her golfing, playing soccer or volunteering at Tails to Tell.

Guillermo originally grew up in Fort McMurray and his family has called Calgary home for the last 8 years. Having grown up around playing soccer when we was younger he has always had a passion for fitness and sports performance. He obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia with the intention of diving into

Guillermo originally grew up in Fort McMurray and his family has called Calgary home for the last 8 years. Having grown up around playing soccer when we was younger he has always had a passion for fitness and sports performance. He obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia with the intention of diving into the field of health coaching. Now certified as a Personal Trainer under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology he has built up experience working with youth athletes, coaching and delivering performance based training. He now looks towards becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and continuing to introduce youth athletes to sport specific strength training. On his free time Guillermo likes running, hiking, making music, and is also a DJ."

Driven by a desire to combine evidence with practical application, Ibrahim pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, immersing in subjects like human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. This educational foundation was complemented by a proactive approach to learning, including practicum where Ibrahim developed skills in exer

Driven by a desire to combine evidence with practical application, Ibrahim pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, immersing in subjects like human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. This educational foundation was complemented by a proactive approach to learning, including practicum where Ibrahim developed skills in exercise programming and client education, further fueling a passion for strength and conditioning.

Ibrahim is a registered Kinesiologist with the Alberta Kinesiology Association and is currently completing his Master of Physical Therapy in hopes of becoming a licensed physiotherapist. This academic journey is a testament to Ibrahim’s dedication to understanding and improving human performance through evidence-based practices.

 I am very passionate about health and fitness and I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals.  I struggled with my weight for many many years, and I have first hand experience trying to workout a bad diet (it doesn’t work sadly!) so I am motivated to help people find a plan that works for them. My goal is to make the workouts a positive, judgement free experience but that also pushes the person to achieve their best.  And of course I offer 1:1 boxing sessions to work out any stressor you may have!  Boxing is a GREAT stress reliever and an incredible cardio workout to add to your week!

I began working in the industry over 7 years ago in a kickboxing studio and than moved into a boxing gym. I jumped into working in the fitness industry because of how much I enjoyed working out and the way it made me feel and I’m a bit of extrovert once you get to know me I love being social and helping others. So I got to turn my passion for fitness and being social and helping others all into one. There is not one aspect of fitness I really dislike but my favorite part is anything and everything with weights and beating the crap out of a heavy bag to get out some stress or emotions. Everyone is different and have different goals or mile stones that they want to reach and being a part of that and helping someone succeed is the ultimate reward

Stephanie graduated from the Canadian institution of traditional Chinese medicine in Calgary 2016 (CITCM). She loves to work with myofascial release, stretching and eastern holistic techniques. Her goal is to ensure your body is working and moving at its absolute best. On top of healthy living and finding a balanced lifestyle, her passions include hiking and camping!
